Smoke-Free Policy:  Hotel is a smoke-free hotel.  To protect the smoke-free environment, the hotel will access a cleaning fee to any guests who smoke in their guest room.

 

Cancellation and "No Show" Policy

Participants have 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to cancel without penalty. Any cancellation less than 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night's room and tax. Any "No-Shows" will be charged one night's stay plus taxes and fees to the guest credit card.

For any guests checking out after 11:00 am, additional charges will be incurred. The Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for guest arriving early and for guests attending function on their day of departure.
